Cancellation, Return & Refund


Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or exchange possible. We at do not open any packaging of any product delivered by third party seller posted on our website before sending it for delivery against your order, so we cannot control the condition in which you find it after opening. There will be no returns or refunds against such items. To return any items that are damaged or expired or not as per your original order, please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery receipt. Please contact customer service by email through the contact us link on the website ( and mention the return of products along with the order number and date of delivery. All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must be in unopened, saleable condition within 48 hours of delivery. Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded. Please note that in any case, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale for opened or used products. All exchanges or refunds will be accepted within 48 hours of delivery. In cases of online payment, please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.


How do I cancel an order?


Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the order has been verified and confirmed through our telephonic confirmation system.

However, if you wish to cancel it prior to that then you can get in touch with Customer Support and they will process your cancellation.


How long will it take to process my cancellation request?


Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 1 business day to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.

If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as 'Verified', we will not be able to process the cancellation.


What are the modes of refund available after cancellation?


If you have cancelled your order and the cancellation request has been successfully processed, then for any payments made for that order using our payment gateway, money will be refunded back to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

For the return, the processing time will vary between 7 to 12 working days if the payment was made online. For COD payment mode, the return will be made on the spot.
